No. Golden Cellars is not a retailer, distributor, or auction house. Our role is strictly to help you care for and enjoy the wine you already own.

Not at all. We work with traditional wine cellars as well as wine closets, cabinets, racks, and temperature-controlled storage units. If wine is being stored in your home, we can help organize it.

Most clients have 100 bottles or more, but we’re happy to assess smaller collections as well — especially if they’ve grown unmanageable or include older or inherited bottles.

We consider several factors, including producer, vintage, region, style, and storage conditions. Our guidance is practical and conservative, designed to help you enjoy wine at its best rather than gamble on perfect timing.

No. We do not appraise wine, authenticate bottles, or provide resale valuations. Our services focus on organization, education, and enjoyment — not resale or investment advice.

Yes. Inventory creation is available as an add-on service. We can create a simple spreadsheet or help set up a digital inventory system so you can track your collection and maintain it over time.

Most projects take one to two days, depending on the size and complexity of the collection. Larger or more complex cellars may take longer, which we’ll discuss during your consultation.
